Keyless Entry/Remote Start Not Working

Hey, a few days ago i was at my friends place and, being the stupid person i am, i left my lights on while my car ran, after a while my car turned off (kept it on from engaging remote start) but my lights were on, so it drained my battery, anyway, i tried to start it later that night, and it was a no go, so i ended up having to boost it. After i boosted it, it would turn off after maybe 30 seconds of running.. i later found out that i blew my alternator fuse, so i got that all fixed, and my car runs fine, but now my keyless entry and remote start don't work.. it is an aftermarket brand (Xtreme). What could be the problem? Thanks for who ever helps.

since the battery died your going to need to reprogram the remote and reciver
