So I just got my car back and its been less then a week just put in coil packs and everything that goes along with that, so today I was driving it to the store and when I was going to park it the car just shut down kept trying to start and nothing would happen so I called my buddies up explained the problem they came and fixed it and told me it was the fuse so I bought a new one . Put in the new fuse started right up so when I was leaving and about turn in to a major road the thing just shut down again. Got a new 20a fuse again and the same thing happens again so by this time I'm pissed about to kick the crap out of this car, so I replace it with a 30a fuse and its golden it got me home but I know this isn't a good idea to be running a bigger fuse but I'm wondering what could be causing it to short out like it is. Also I'm getting fed up with this car I've done just about every major repair regular maintenance I'm good to it love it like my child but this damn thing won't last longer then two weeks before it wants to f me over again

Well, welcome to the DSM world, where everyday your car will eat dust and you will want to burn it, drop it off a cliff, give it to some one else to get it out of your driveway, or etc. Back to your problem on hand, You said it had work done on it? What kind of work? If you keep blowing fuses, then I would run down the basics and see what you are dealing with. First, run down your grounds to make sure you are good and not having any shorts.

There is a few threads that I have read that go on and on about what it could be.
