Alright, so it looks like I'll be ordering the 105amp (I think that should be enough hopefully) and the SE Voltage Regulator add on.
I'm really hoping this will solve my problem and not just fry this alternator as well.

Hope, hope, hope this fixes my problem. This problem is keeping me from doing other things that I want to the car. Thrown away too much money.
Keep us updated man because the step you just made is my next, I'm fed up of swapping alts and charging my battery everynight.
. I got another pepboys one yesterday (#11) and wouldn't charge the moment i started the car (and revved it to atleast 5k) so I know its not heat. I ran a wire directly from the alt to the battery and it changed nothing. I'm just assuming the weak 65A replacements cant handle all the gauges, hid's, turbo timer, and all my other gizmos. Hopefully it fixes my problem also !
