Karman selector-AFC Question--help please

hey dsm community. I installed my S-AFC a while ago and let a friend "borrow" it because my car was going to be down for a while and he needed a quick fuel management. Well, I was installing it back in and going through the basic set up untill i hit choosing the Karman mode. I don't rememeber what I did the last time I chose it but when I select it... the screen just stays there. When I select one of the other modes, the AFC goes into how can i put this... another window for values or adjustments. I go back to choose the Karman and it just stays at the Karman selection, nothing else... Is this supposed to do this?

thats all there is to it - karmen is the selection , it dont go any further then that.

So all i have to do is when it gives me the list of modes... just select Karman... thats it? I mean... when I try to select it, it doesnt give me a indication that it WAS selected... no check box, or mark. When I select it, does it just Assume its selected without the indication?

Yes you flip through until it displays Karman, then that is chosen. If you don't believe it, then exit the menu, and go back in, and you'll see Karman is still displayed.
