1G k&n drop in gains?

Could anyone tell me what the hp/mpg gains are from a k&n drop in filter for a 92 n/a 2.0? Its a 5 speed if it makes a difference

No one can tell you.

They probably aren't enough, if any, to notice a difference.

I'd say that you'd see about 5 horsepower, plus or minus. MPG? Probably zero, because you'll hear a bit of a difference in intake sound and you'll be in the throttle more.

No gains really from a drop in, just a little more intake sound. Do some research, this has been covered so many times..

Yes, get a cold air intake(one that goes into the fenderwell) at that. Colder air=more power, especially in a N/T.

And try not to drive in heavy rain/flooded areas with the cold air intake, unless you get one with a bypass valve.
