Just went back to pump from e85

I'm having a weird problem, I'm on my second fill up now and using maftcomp it is wanting me to add up to 50% more fuel in one section (500hz) and the rest 200hz-400hz anywhere from 20-39% fuel. Where it wants 50% adjustment at 500hz it gives me a flat 10.0 afr when it targeting 12.4 and the rest do not match up anymore like they used to (and they used to be 100% spot on with target AFR).

I'm thinking fuel filter is clogged up with dirt from using E85 for about 3 months, since after the 50% adjustment it drops to only wanting little change in the 500hz-700hz. Could that be the cause? BLT showed no leaks.
