Chrysler dude, Chrysler. I doubt they can remake keys...or i've never needed to, just based on the fact that these are older vehicles.
You might as well learn how to break into your own car. My truck had an alarm that would automatically lock the doors after you shut the door, even when the engine was running. WEELLL, my truck was a hand me down. First time I locked my keys in my truck was when it wasn't even MINE yet! I was at my parents WEDDING! It sucked and we got them out but later on I figured out how to jimmy that bi***. Now I can break into just about anything with a coat hanger. It took me about 3 min. to unlock my girlfriends car when she did the same thing.
Its a good skill to learn. As long as you dont go stealin cars with it. Now someone needs to figure out how I can keep a wire coat hanger in my wallet...

That works! But if all else fails and you're not a very good thief, just call a locksmith. He'll be as cheap (look up expensive) as the dealer.

On my 1g I used to use a screw dirver and a long skinny ruler.

Since you have the side to side latch, just get the ruler in there and presto you have an open car.

I got good enough at it that it only takes a few minutes. (mainly for me to muster up the tools.)

ok wheres the easiest part to unlock the door??? by the handle i have no idea how to "break into cars" so im kinda lost is there a certain way that i push the ruler or whatever?? how far down do i gotta go?? someone give me a walk through i only got couple hours to get to work!!!!!!!!!!

yeah just pry the top edge of the door open some, it should space out enough to squeeze the long skinny ruler or yard stick or etc, enough to get in there and hit the unlock tab thingy. good luck

The inside door lock should (if I remember correctly be pushed towards the front of the car to unlock it. I would just push the lock in the direction oposite of the way that it is facing now.

1. Place screwdriver between window and weather stripping and carefully pry back.

2. Carefully slide the ruler down to where the interior lock mechaism is.

3. Push it with the ruler.

4. Open your car and get to work on your time.

Pulling back on the inside doorhandles opens the door locked or not... Just make a loop in your coat hanger to catch the door handle.

Odd. You must have really tight windows. Have you tried both sides?

alright sweet i got it!!!! used some decent size metal to hold the window pryed open then got some sapre trim and poked it open! thanks for all the help guys!

i recommend getting a copy or 2 of ## keys from Walmart only cost 1 dollar.... will save u the problem of this happening again.

well i locked them in and I tried putting a hanger down the window to pull up on the lever in there. But i cant seem to find any thing. the only thing im hitting is the door handle. I plan on getting a slim jim tomorrow and trying that. But dose any one have any ideas before i waste my money? i really dont know where to pull up at either so...

You may try taking off the window seal where the weather stripping is on the bottom and try to look or feel for a wire to pull back on. Other than that if it costs you more than 80 to fix it just break out the window and get another for that price.

I was trying to avoid pulling the striping off. one more thing i dont want to fix. if it comes to that I guess i got to do what it takes.

I did that once in mine. My neighbor drives a tow truck and even he had trouble opening it up. He had to use a hook to push the lock forward because he couldn't get in any other way.

i ALWAYS locked my keys in my eclipse haha....so now i keep my spare key in my wallet...spare keys work magic but yeah i had no idea how to get mine unlocked either i just had to have someone run my spare key to me....how much does it cost to have a locksmith open it? 80 bucks??? thats insane
