Okay guys I ordered dsmlink v3 full tonight and afterwards I installed my innovate lc-1 wideband to see how bad I need a tune and where I need to do some serious tweaking to make it run better after I get link. PLEASE chime in with some advice on what you would adjust and what you would adjust it to.

Upon start up and idle the WB changes from 13.8-14.3 so thats kind if close to being ok, from what I read online. When cruising it will go from 13.9-sometimes as far as 14.9/15.1 so I know that needs some adjusting.

Under WOT I see 9.8-9.9 AFR's up to around 6,000 rpm. From 6k up to 7,500 rpm it will slowly go from 9.8 up about 10.3-10.4 when I let the auto shift right before the revv limit at 7750.

Now this is the part that confuses me... as soon as I let off the gas during a WOT pull the wideband maxes itself out at 21.9 until it comes to an idle on its own (around 40mph in 4th gear/O.D.) or if I blurp the throttle it will un max itself and go down to 14.8-15.3 but then goes back to 21.9 until I ease into the gas like im trying to maintain the speed im at.

PLEASE chime in with what adjustments you would make and where so after I get v3 installed I can have an idea on what I need to mess with. Thanks everyone!!

That's just because your ecu cuts fuel as you idle down, because it is not needed. Hence the wideband leaning out all the way. You will get used to all the motions of the wideband bro. But all in all things look good and right on track for the 2g map your cars running. You will see more once you get ecmlink installed and logging. What boost are you set at?

Ah okay that makes sense! Thanks bro!! Im running13-14ish psi (LOL just know its under 15 by my autometer gauge).

im pretty sure I hit fuel cut like 2/10 times when going WOT or it least it kinda seems like it.... my spyder would hit fuel cut like a BRICK WALL and when the talon feels like it hits fuel cut it feels more like a bad misfire. But still think that it is fuel cut LOL

its wierd because on a couple occasions ive been able to boost 16-17 psi without fuel cut and it pulls pretty hard.... BUT that was also with 4 gallons of 110 octane added to a half tank of 91 LOL

Ya bro the ecu is programed to run lean anytime it sees the chance pretty much, but once in open loop the stock map is set to 9.9-9.8 across the board i think. Also you should try not to hit fuel cut to much, its not good for your motor to go thru. It would be better to run a lower boost so your injector duty cycle isn't so maxed. Once you get link and upgrade the fuel System to properly handle the amount of boost you wish to push. Then you can tune to avoid fuel cut and leaning out and melting everything inside the motor.

Lol sounds dumb but im not worried about the motor. I have a spare built 7 bolt with 0 miles and Manley rotating assembly if I get tired of this one or hurt it.... I found I have developed another boost leak while DD'ing the car, so I need to go around and tighten all my couplers again... was watching boost tonight as I was watching the WB and it will spike slowly from 13psi up to 15 by the revv limit (stays at 13 until around 5700 rpm then slowly rises to 15 by 6900 rpm, and I shift at rev limit).

anyways i turned the boost down because I kept hitting fuel cut (seems to happen around 10.5 on the WB) and hate the thought of it when it happens. I think its weird that it was fine at this boost level earlier today and had to turn it down for the night?

I believe that the leak is causing the boost spike, which then causes the fuel cut I am experiencing
