So I had grey interior and am in the middle of recoloring to all black. I used the SEM color coat system and it is excellent. Keep in mind there are 4 steps to this system and about 5 different products needed in order to do it complete so it lasts.
Did the following process:
1. SEM soap and grey scotchbrite to clean surface.
2. Plastic and Leather prep to final clean the surface.
3. 2 coats of SEM plastic adhesion promotor.
4. 3 coats of SEM colorcoat Landau Black
I also remove all the fabric from the door panels and refoamed and applied black suede to the panels. Pretty much impossible to get all the wrinkles out of the suede because of the compound curves and I couldn't get it to stretch enough, but its not very noticeable since the texture of the suede hides it alot. Here are some before and afters.
