Just copped the last Rear Window Wiper Grommet, I think

So after frantically searching for a grommet to replace my old, dryrotted, rear windshield wiper grommet, I finally found the part number. Then i found it on the usual online mitsu oem parts site. then I ordered it and paid. Well i got a email saying it shipped. then an email saying it was canceled because of a no stock/discontinued situation.

So then i called my local dealer (no not the shady guy in the hood on the corner...) And he said it has been discontinued and that they dont have anymore. I asked if any other dealers had it, hoping it would be like 20miles away tops... well there was one in california (im east coast) I called to double check, and ordered thier last one. $10 shipped to my door! hells yes! I still get to keep my rear windshield wiper for like 10-20 more years!!!!!!!!!!!

Got mine last year at dealer ship, less than ten bucks i get discounts good find.

That reminds me, I have a few other parts that have been discontinued that I need to check on.

list was 6.22, i got it for 4.68. plus 5 to ship. I got it ground shipped. I didnt want it crushed in a flat rate usps envelope.

Yeah its time to stock up . I did find a site that sold the door panel clips... I bought 2 boxes of 15 for like ~17 bux shipped.

Door clips stm has them for sale, i guess ill see what else i can get, since car is down anyway.

Some parts are not being made anymore simple as that its a dsm, not a classic car yet.
