Okay, motor is gone for sure. I am not sure why, I think it may have overheated. The temp gauge was in the red, but it could not have been there long.
Anyways, I just need to try and determine if it is in the head or the bottom end. If it is the head, I have a spare. If it is the bottom end, I am screwed. There is a rather loud tapping/knocking noise coming from the motor. It gets louder with rpms. It is more a high pitched sound. To me it sounds like it is coming from around the timing belt, but I have no idea. The car isn't smoking and is holding good oil pressure. I am going to go drain the oil now. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Ok sorry about the bad news but it sounds like you may have spun a rod bearing,check the oil like arash15 said for metel shavings and dont run the motor too much you dont want it too lockup
