Just got another ISC from the junkyard ### my idles been causing the car to stall. Anything I should do to it before I install it?
Like clean it? And if so with what and how?

Use a multimeter to test 1/2 2/3 3/4 4/5 and 5/6. IIRC it should read between 30-50ohms depending on which ISC you have. If you get a 0 reading on any, it's junk.

I'd link you to Jafro's video but I'm on my phone LOL.

Which pins are which? I've checked a few and theyre reading at 29 ohms.

Got it. You check pins 1/2,2/3,4/5,5/6. They should all read around 30 ohms. So mine appears to be good.

For anyone else with a similar problem

Yea my idle has been terrible lately. Hopefully this is it.

Taking the tricking thing out is hard, why is there a screw that u really can't reach

Any tips on removing the old one? is it me or is this screw in a position that just doesnt make any sense at all.
It almost seems like Ill have to remove the entire throttle body honestly, which is completely stupid

I know this is kind of late, but I always pull the battery and use an extension with a 8mm/10mm (whichever it is) socket. Comes out pretty easy like that.
