Well this is my first entry in the Journal so we'll see how it goes.

I got my clutch set up a few days ago. ACT 2600 w/ a street disk. Im a little weary on the fact that I have a 7 bolt for you know what reasons.

I also dont like the fact pedal pressure will increase. Anybody know how bad the increase in pressure will be?

ACT 2600 setup:

And I got a hell of a deal on these puppies. I figured since I have a 99 GSX that I would pick up the 99 Service Manuals, all 3 volumes. :hellyeah: These things are MINT. I dont even want to use them. LOL But they may come in handy as they have every single thing you would want to know about these cars.

haha. Yea they are massive. I considered them a second bible. :)

It's a secret :shhh: ROFL

I got them from a cool cat on Talk. The guy had posted them a whiiiile ago and surprisingly no bites. I made him an offer and next thing you know I have three big ass books. :thumb:

Nice. Let me know when you start it man. I'd like to check it out.

I have an ACT 2600 in my 1998 GSX, An I love the feel to the pedal, It's not that stiff where it sucks, I've drove ten times way stiffer one's and they blew, The 2600 is a perfect clutch and has an awesome feeling to it, if you did everything right it should feel awesome, It's not going to be at all like stock but ten times better. Good luck
