There is letterly a pin hole leak on my jmf smim around were the pipe is welded to the intake manifold flange, can i jb weld this, i am running 20 psi of boost

I would personally reweld it. jb weld is for welding stuff. I would not use it to fill a hole or to plug something.
Or you can try it and see what happens.

What do you mean that jb weld is used for welding stuff? IT would be far better at filling a hole or crack than actually holding something together.
It might work, it might not. If the weld it cracked than chances are that it will not. If there is just a small pinhole than it will probably work pretty good.
