JBWeld On Oil inlet bolt?

My bolt that goes into the head for the oil inlet line is toast. It's soo bad that a heli coil didnt even work right, when i tried retreading it.

QUESTION: Will Jbweld hold that bolt to the head and oil line in place? Or do I have to arc weld that thing into place?

I'm not sure what line you are talking about. I don't think my 2g has a oil line to the head. Not one that I can think of offhand anyway.

Assuming you have a 1G and you are referring to the turbo oil feed line, just cap it off at the head and run a new, stainless line from the oil filter housing to the turbo. It's cleaner oil there anyways.

Yeah, you can get the SS filter feed line for about $55.00. Just JB-Weld the bolt into the hold on the head, and run the new line from the filter.

Don't run the car for 24 hours to let the JB weld cure.
