Japanese Garret Gt30r????

[VTEC KILLR]

I have a guy trying to trade me a "Japanese Garrett Gt30r" for some electronics I have. It has a Garrett serial number stamped on it, but nowhere does it say Garrett. Its internally gated and has dsm hotside. I have searched google and everywhere elese I can think to no avail. Anybody have any idea if its legit?

Do you have any pics of it, going to be easier to figure out if it is. Never seen a Japanese Garret, What`s the serial number also.

I'LL try To get some pics on my pc so I can upload them. It has a GI 6051J 700177-14 and say made in japan on the stamp.
