92 talon tsi awd , I do not know what clutch is in there but I just bought the car and it drove and shifted fine untill recently. In all gears instead of smoothly going into gear its harder to push the shifter into gear and it clicks twice into gear like when you go into first it goes a little then kindof gets stuck, and then goes in more. Could this be a need for a shifter cable mod? Clutch peddle mod? There still isnt any grinding or popping out of gear just tough to put it in. Maybe new master or slave, or air in the lines? Thanks for the help!

Check your clutch pedal freeplay.Press the clutch all the way down and let it come back up on its own.Pull back on it and if it has play you might need to get it rebuilt.
Im having similar issues right now but I think its because my pressure plate is going out(auto zone) and it also slips like crazy.
Check your fluid and bleed the system.

If the above fails, you may have a failing throw-out bearing. If that's the case, it will continue to worsen shifting, until you can't shift at all.

Check and adjust your pedal, bleed the system, including the slave cylinder. Check for binding in your shifter cables, both in the engine bay and in the shifter assembly itself.
