It sounds like a go cart...

....it obviously has something to do with the ignition or some other functional component. It started this the other day without a CEL. It suffered power loss and sounds just like a go cart. I already changed the plugs, hoping it was just a bad plug and a quick fix, but that did not work.

So, my question is this: How can I test the plug wires and the coil without replacing them?

Thanks,
Andrew

To test your plug wires you can take a voltage meter and test the resistence on each wire and all for should read close to the same. But im not sure how to test the coil pack. I know there is away using a meter by checking the resistance from 1 to the other but i dont know which ones or the resistance it should be.
