Hi all,
I have something of a weird issue with my fuel pump rewire. I rewired my 255 Walbro several years back and was working great, but one morning, the pump doesn't turn on anymore (using DSMLink).
With the fuel pump turned on from DSMLink, I checked the voltage from my 12v wire going from the battery to the relay and it showed no voltage. I then disconnected the 12v wire from the relay and checked the wire for voltage and my multimeter read 11.8v. Good. I hook the 12v wire back to the relay, but turn OFF the fuel pump via DSMLink, and I have 11.8v. As soon as I turn the pump back ON, the 12v wire has 0.0v. I checked the inline fuse and it is intact, replaced the relay and I get the same result.
I'm not very good at diagnosing electrical gremlins, so some pointers from you gurus would be great
