ISO Southern Maine mechanic

I bought a 92 eclipse gsx with a 93 talon 6/4bolt swap in it. It had a few issues but I had them squared away and then put a number of new parts in. I was having it tuned for speed density and the turbo smoked. Bought a new turbo and tried it on the dyno again. Unfortunately the engine malfunctioned and may need to be rebuilt. I am not equipped with the knowledge or facility to do the job.
Is there anyone in the maine/new england area that you would recommend?

So here we are, two years later.
I took the car back from a speed shop in Windham Maine and then brought it to a shop in Portland. The owner specializes in VQs but has had experience with DSM in the past. The build has been dragging on since but they pulled the motor and we sent it to MAPerformance to be rebuilt with a new crank/etc. The crate went back to the shop a year ago and they have been sitting on it since. I understand shops can be busy but my patience is getting thin so I may have to trailer to another shop.
Can anyone recommend a shop in NH, southern ME or MA that can do a dsm rebuild???
