i just did a resistance test on my isc and i got 40-41ohms on all the pins...i thought that when they took a !@#$ on you the resistance between only 2 pins were abnormally high...is my multimeter just F-ed up?

The coil resistances will read high if measured on a hot ISC. The 28 to 33 ohm figure is for a cold ISC. If you measured it when hot, the ISC is probably OK. Since all resistances are the same, I suspect the ISC if fine.
