is this correct for a 92 talon tsi awd= 4321 front of the car left to right and from left to right on the coilpack 4123?

If your asking if that the correct Spark Plug Wire order, then yes.

It's not however the firing order unless you have seriously bent the crankshaft.
The firing order is 1 3 4 2 on all 4G63's.
