Is this ported?

So i bought an evo 3 o2 housing supposedly ported by ams but once i got it i wasnt sure. If you see in the pictures a little light porting that was just me cleaning it up. In the fisrt picture you can see were previous gasket was why wouldnt they jsut open it up all the way to gasket? I dont know really know that much about portign either though. It jsut appears to me from other pics of evo 3 o2 housings ported that this one is not.

I am with you . It does not look it to me either . I thought it would be smoother if it was ported .

It looks like the exit of the wastegate passage might have been touched up, but other than that it looks stock to me.

the wasgate might have been but the rest is way to bumpy and rusty to have been touched

Well when i say ported it was ported before he used it for a year and then sold it to me. It was not very recently ported. So could it being nearly 2 years old result in the bumpyness.

It's possible if a lot of moisture was present. Either way you can always clean it up a little with a die grinder and some time.
