Is this Intercooler big enough

I wanted to know whether or not the dejon tool small fmic 15.5 x 7 x 3 would be enough to support the small 16g turbo at 18 psi. I have all the supporting mods such as exhaust and fuel system. This was the last thing that I needed to order. Please let me know.
