Is this exhaust a good deal or is it shady??

My Greddy Evo exhaust is developing some nice rot so its time to replace it. I found a shop that will sell me an Apexi N-1 Catback for my GST for $475 shipped, which is not a bad deal.

But yesterday I found this N-1 "style" exhaust for $310 shipped. They say its a full stainless steel 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust system, perfect fit, all hardware included blah blah blah. I have included the ebay link. I know its a no-name brand, but 3 inch stainless steel pipes are 3 inch stainless pipes and $165 is money well saved. So does anyone have any opinions or experiences they can share?

Yeah, it looks good. Hopefully the fitment is as good as APEXi.

No, its not shady. But like you said its no name brand, and you may not like the sounds it makes. Remember shipping of that item is 100.00 so your looking at just about 300 total, and if your not doing it yourself then theres more money for the install.

Id look around at local shops and get quotes. I bought and installed my magnaflow catback system for 250.00 at my local shop. The cat-back system lists for 500.00 on their site. That may be something shady.

It could sound the same, and it could sound different. Chances are, it will sound different. I highly doubt that the internal structure of this eBay muffler is exactly the same as APEXi's. Either way, I'm sure it doesnt sound 'bad'.
