i know the boost is low but i just replaced my wastegate. this is what the boost controller puts it at (it was at 16psi with old wastegate) anyway. is this an unstable a/f ratio? if so what are some basic things that can cause it to jump this much?

i was told to set my a/f ratio props from a guy on dsmlink. i thought the a/r ratio reading was inaccurate since it read from narrow band. but it seemed to be more accurate and consistant then the wideband readout. any ideas?
