Is there any point trying to make a 1g 6bolt FWD turbo into a legit track car?

1g's have notoriously CRAP suspension designs. It sucks, but there is a lot of little things you can do to help setup your 1g FWD for autoX and road racing. It's going to be 50% suspension, 50% parts compatibility, and 100% good driving. If you see where I'm going with this...

I'm glad that you and ben see where i'm going with this... I have noticed for sure, with my stock suspension, that it's like driving around on a big waterbed... boo. Does anybody have a suspension set up that has been compatible/worked out great in your 1g?

I was told over and over agian to get knoi yellows and ground controll. But koni dont make the rear's for the 1g any more. But im shure you can get a used set and re valve them. But I also have a fwd, and do auto X and rally/road racing. It is about you more than what you do to the car. you just cant floor it all the time like the AWD. Know what your car will do get the best time with what you got then get shock and springs, get the best time you can again the go on from their. Best mod you can do is learn exactly how your car will react. Thats just my oppinion though.

I just re-read my post sorry for all the "but's"
