I think the closest thing to that would be the Aerogear EVO Front Bumper here:

Like Defiant said, its going to be severely weak, little pressure would snap that puppy unless it was made with polyuerathane.

I have not seen that bumper anywhere but it is definately a nice aftermarket bumper.

That Drift Kit looks pretty close Just need to attack it and cut the slits - Seriously, that is the closest thing I have seen.
