Is the 100,000cr cheating?

Someone fill me in on how to get an extra $100,000???

Did it say something at the very start of the game? I just skipped reading all of those little info boxes at the start of the game, I just wanted to play it. Which I regret because you can use the licence's from the GT3 which I found out after I beat them all in GT4.

I thought of the 100,000 bonus as too easy a bonus to start off with, taking some of the fun away - I'm glad I didn't do it because I probably have more A-Spec points then most.

I have no problem running the Special Conditions race 2 over and over again because it does take 200K+ to build a competitive car. It especially pissed me off to dump that kind of coin into my Alpine to raise it from 145hp to 200hp to just barely win the race in B-spec mode.

And speaking of B-spec, I thought it was stupid at first, but I think it will be the only way I will finish the game now that I've played some of the harder one make races. I had to use it to get my stupid 300K STi to beat the damn Yellow Bird in the Boxer Meet. I will also use it in the Endurance racing and just keep an eye on it for pit stops. Because there's no way I'm going to sit there for 12 hours straight.
