So does this look right? Clear line is the MBC line hooked up to the wastegate actuator. Black line next to it is the boost guage line. Both of them are T'd into the line off of the BOV. Sorry for the dumb question but I'd rather take precautions and not blow up my engine.

Yeah, I got it as loose as it can go. By the way, just a rough guess, how much of a turn on the MBC should I do so I dont overboost? I just want to go little by little until I get around 15 psi.

Hehehe, everything looks like it's hooked up properly. At first I thought you had one of the lines on the MBC hooked up to the coolant overflow bottle line and I was like "Oh no no no no........ " But after looking I can see that it is not. Be sure to use your boost gauge when turning up the boost.

On my turbo XS MBC, one turn on the coarse adjusting screw is 1-3 psi, and one turn on the fine adjusting screw is 1psi.

Since yours only has one screw, I would try turning it up 1 turn at a time.
