General Is it safe to turn up the boost with the mods I have?

The motor is balanced wisco pistons 8.2-1 compression stock rod an crank arp main studs head studs and rod bolts 5 layer metal head gasket balance shaft eliminator kit 1g Cas sensor front mount intercooler with 2.5 in piping big 16g off a Galant vr4 fluidine radiator greedy turbo timer greedy electronic boost controller act 2600 6 puck clutch, straight pipe exhaust with high flow cat, shep stage 2 transmission, and a fuel pump rewire. What level could I turn the boost up to? I'm guessing it's a stock fuel pump. All these things were done before I bought the car. Should I be adding something else? I haven't really drove the car around as I just now got the car registered as getting this thing to pass smog took forever. I plan to do all the fluids the differentials, transmission, engine, coolant. Not sure if I'll need new spark plugs I'll have to ask the old owner and the timing belt. I assume he did all this while he had the motor out but I'll ask him just to make sure. What kind of hp can I get out this setup without destroying something or does it need to stay stock and add some more supporting mods.
 
Fuel and engine management are what you need... That 16g will require more fuel than the stock 450cc's once boost is turned up. Plus you need a way to monitor the air fuel ratios, don't blindly start cranking up boost pressure. Before you do we need to know...

What injectors?
What ecu?
Do you have a wideband & boost gauge?

You listed some nice mods but unfortunately a lot of them have nothing to do with adding boost levels.
 
Not sure if the injectors are stock if so do you recommend a different one to match what the drivetrain can handle if I upgrade the fuel pump if needed? Is there an easy way to find out what injectors they are? Not sure if they usually have a stamp or something. The ecu is a stock 95 eprom I assume since the car was built December of 1994. It has a boost gauge but I don't think it's hooked up so I'll have to fix that. I was going to get a AF gauge but people been saying most are useless so I'm not sure which one to get. I have a panel on the A pillar for 3 gauges but only has a boost gauge on it so I'm trying to figure out which other two gauges I should put in it.
 
You are going to want to get dsmlink. You need a wideband air fuel ratio gauge and wire it into your vehicle so dsmlink can read it. Afr gauges themselves may be considered "usless" but they are extremely important when logging engine information. If your injectors have blue tops, most likely they are stock. Most aftermarket brands either etch the cc's into them or have a label. (Rc, fic, etc...)

You definitely cannot turn up boost when you don't have a gauge, how else will you know how high your raising it?

Seems like you need to so some upgrades first. I cannot imagine someone not adding an aftermarket pump if they rewired it.

Oh, and I'm literally selling everything you need at the moment so if u need anything let me know. I have the pump a set of really good injectors and dsmlink. (No pressure of course)

Yeah the previous owner said the previous owner rewired it because it was an old school method to make the pump run harder without having to get a bigger pump. So I'm not sure if it's original or not. I could pull it out and check not sure if it'll be stamped or something to see if it's stock or not. I have a few other things to do before I can start modding like get a rear 97-99 bumper, high spoiler wing, sand the car down, and get it repainted, pull out the dash fix the rips, paint it flat black, put carpet in the car as it has none, and take the car to have it's AC system flushed and recharged as I had to painfully find and reinstall a new AC system that the previous owner removed including all the lines, AC bracket, etc. Want the interior and exterior to be looking mint before I start modifying it because right now the car looks like it was used during a battle in world war 2
