Is it possible to convert a power mirror to a manual mirror?

My RS model has the black mirrors and I would really like to swap them with the body color mirrors. The junk yard by me has a set but they are power, and mine are manual. I will have both sets, so I am wondering if it would be possible to switch the internals over? I think it would be less of a headache of painting them.

It'll be a lot easier to paint your mirrors. Or, go the full-power route and install the whole system.
