Is $1750 to much for a rebuilt 7 bolt?
My motor is toast so I was trying to find out if 1750 is too much for a 7 bolt. It is completely rebuilt with a 93 block and the head off a 98. It has been modified to fit my 2g also it is built by Kingking.com here is the link
http://www.karking.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=31
I was interested in the 6 bolt swap however I am a newbie and never installed nor built a motor. I am looking for a motor to drop in and get my daily driver running.
Any suggestions would be great.
he also has a 2.4 liter 6 bolt for 1850 look here

since my motor is fried I would ike to begin modding this one right but I am very limited by funds. Would it be possible for a newbie to build a 6 bolt and install it in a 2g?
