is 15psi but a dream

Ok so if i put custom turbo pistons and rods into my 420 engine will that be enough to hold around 15 psi. And what turbo would be perfect for this. I have a smic so would i need to upgrade too. I hear its tested at 15 psi so i might need to i think.
