Intro thread

Hey guys, whats up... Names Jason im from Ohio.. I have a 1992 Talon Tsi AWD... Its been apart for over a year now and its starting to suck. I blew the motor because my boost controller went on the fritzy and i ran to much boost for most stock. Yeah Yeah i know dumb mistake but it happens.. I wanna start putting her back together soon but not exactly sure where to start. I ordered a rebuild kit from MachV and got the motor bored and all that. Just not sure where to go from here. Any tips?

First of all welcome, you'll find this site to be very resourceful. The one thing to remember is to use the search function before asking a tech question, 99% of the time its been answered before.

As far as your question of where to start, you should ask yourself what your plans are for the car? Street car with some track time? Fun 350hp daily driver? 500hp monster? Once you answer that we can help suggest certain setups for you!

yeah im going to try the search just thought id throw it into my intro.... but it has the basics now.... such as full tb exhaust, mbc, gauges, act 2600... as far as goals for her 350 dd sounds about right for now just to get it running again
