I have a 92 Eclipse (albeit with a GVR4 6 bolt and GVR4 Alternator)
Some of the dash lights came on yesterday then teh radio cut out, I turned off my headlights, radio, hvac and limped it home on what seemed to be the battery.
Lights that came on were coolant, battery, brake
When the car was on the verge of stalling ABS and Seatbelt came on.
I got home found the alt belt to be loose so I tightened that up. Checked all the alt and battery connections.
I let her sit overnight and now the coolant, batt and brake light come on intermittently and very faintly. I checked voltage acorss the batt terminals while it was running and got 13.8V
Any ideas on what could be causing the dashlight to come on (even faintly). Could the voltage regulator be dying ?
Thanks,
Dave
