internal fuel pump harness

for those of you with oddball year DSMs (usually late 1st gen and EARLY second gen cars) that want to use an aftermarket fuel pump here is the part number for a new wire harness that has the CORRECT factory replacement clip on it. (i never could find the info on this site though its probably somewhere.

Walbro 94-614 it will will with pretty much any aftermarket fuel pump and it has the white side clip connector.

yes i know a lot of people drill and tap new lines through the hanger, or swap to a more normal hanger anyway, but for those of us who do not need any crazy dual pump set up and simply want new parts to replace the 20 year old crumbling OEM stuff and are going to use a wally 255 or 190 or equivalent then this is what you need.

It's the socket itself. It stays in the hanger and seals with a oring. I couldn't find it on jnz. This image isn't mine.

its not available as a separate piece. replace the fuel pump hanger (the hanger is usually available from probably JNZ or extreme) or customize something to do what you want. the purple fitting in that pic is an -AN fitting. and the wiring most people use bolt through connectors to pass them through to the pump.

if you are not going 500hp or something crazy, a replacement OEM hanger and new OEM wiring is the simplest solution.

That's what I was afraid of. Just got my 8an feed welded to the hanger. I going to have to make my own connector and seal it off somehow. I might do something like this. I won't buy a new hanger simply because for a little more I could get a full blown hanger.
