Internal desgin of a PWR Barrel Intercooler?

I have been running an Air to Air intercooler for years and I am considering going to a Liquid to Air intercooler set up. I want to know more about the design of a Barrel Intercooler, I know a shop near me that will fabricate a Liquid to Air intercooler for me but it is the conventional type that you find from vendors like Frozen Boost/Ebay. I have read the long merged Water to air thread, I just really want pictures of the inside of a Barrel Liquid to air intercooler.
