Intercooler help...exhaust shop?

I have seting on my counter right now a evoIII, walboro 255lph, o2 dump,both strut tower braces, kyb shocks, intrax springs, maft w/ 3" gm, pacesetter tubular manifold, datalogger, non-cruise control throttle cable, SARD R2D2, 650cc injectors, and a 31x12x3 intercooler with 3" inlet and outlet side to side bar and plate.

I hate to spend $400+ for intercooler piping. I want to run short route piping with blow through. Can I just get a 2g elbow and get some pipe bent at a exhaust shop? Without mandrel bends how big could i got 2.25"? Do I need a j-pipe fo sure?

Yes but not mandrel bent. I have yet to
see an exhaust shop w/ a mandrel bender.
I bent my IC pipes outta 2.5 alluminized
@ the shop I work. You can even bend the
intake pipe,especially if you are gonna run a blow-
thru set up. Make sure you find a good exhman

Not sure 'bout 1Gs,it may be 2.25", still.....

You spent, i'm guessing 4-5k for all that stuff and don't want to put out 400 bucks for intercooler pipe?
