custom exhaust shop in Cleveland area

I have a rusty APEX catback. I was planning on getting a universal muffler from Megan and getting 3 inch stainless piping but I am having no luck finding a shop. Any suggestions? I prefer mandrel bent piping which is also posing a problem. Thanks all...

Also I will take suggestions about which brand of muffler to buy. I already have a 3 inch DP and no catback.

Cut Rate Muffler on Tallmadge ave. used to be great! This guy was doing all of our 3" and even 4" exhaust work. He used to own it, name was Keith. However, I do believe he is gone now.

I have a Megan Downpipe and Muffler, both are fantastic!
