What do you guys think, I am not too good with photoshop, so I couldn't get the color right.

Anyone know the differences in widths and heights between the eclipse and the integra bumpers? I would love to take this project on this summer.

why dont you just go out and buy an Integra. A real DSM'er keeps his cars looking like well..DSM's!!! I dont see why anyone would want an Eclipse to look like an integra. Not trying to be a dick but thats just my 2 cents.

Since your a 96, wouldnt it be wiser to go for a 2GB (97-99) front end instead of a Honda front end?? It would look alot nicer

someone please delete this thread and ban this napkin guy for disgracing all of us :nono:

Dont let these guys keep you from trying something different. It actually looks nice. Go ahead and get er done!

it would be easier, but im not looking for easy, i to do something cheap and new. ive always liked the integra front and I think it would look good on our cars.

That statement says nothing, sure if you switched to 2gb which alot of 2ga owners do(including me currently). You on the other hand will be switching your front end to look like an integra, just go buy an integra.

I don't see why you would want to put a Honda bumper on a Mitsubishi. Owners of the two types of cars generally dislike the other. What you're doing is about the same as being in the Civil war, fighting for the South, but wearing a jacket from the North.

That Honda bumper looks like its confused already. ROFL
You're about to make another one of those identity crisis mobiles.

You obviously don't get what he wants. He wants the look of an integra, but the guts of a dsm. You seem to be thinking of only the appearance factor in this. It's not that difficult of a concept to understand.

Cheap and new is still going to look....cheap. Atleast you are working with an RS/GS, I'd hate to see that on a GSX/GS-T.

I wish my car had the "guts" the 420a does. :tease:

I never knew that bumpers were a performance mod?
i didn't say they were a performance part. what i said is is that he wants the bumper just for looks. He would prefer to drive his dsm, but have the look of the integra.

Are you talking about an OEM Integra bumper? If so, that's really random. I think it's funny! "Hmm... my DSM sure is like all the rest. So I'll make it look like a Honda!" ROFL Then you'll be original! Honda and original can't be in the same sentence. Nor "different" for that matter.

I highly doubt it's going to be cheap to do. Doing a front end conversion is going to probably require a lot of fabrication to fit and flow correctly. You cant just bolt something like that right up. And besides, I think it would look like ass :barf:

For the amount that is going to all cost, buy yourself a damn honda and save that eclipse from destruction.

You own a :dsm:, be proud of it. You probably won't see too many "good idea" comments on here because, well duh, this is a DSM site.
