Hey tuners,
I have a Injen intake and i noticed its starting to make this whistle sound. Is this a normal thing for intakes or even this brand of intake to do? I dont think any of the hoses are leaking and nobody has notice that while I am driving. Its just one of those annoying noises that only i notice and makes me want to turn up the volume on my stereo. Thanks for the info!!

When does this happen? Under acceleration? Idling?
Is this a new issue or has it always done it?

I know with my Dejon Tool intake, it makes a sort of 'whistle' sound under acceleration.

Its only during accelleration. Its a very mild whistle. I have noticed it on other cars, but i figured maybe i could adjust something but not sure.

Intakes will make all manner of odd noises. And, you'll never get one to make the same noise again once you adjust it. If it's bothering you, try taking it off and putting it back on. It'll sound different. I guess it's kind of like a large wind instrument.
