Im about to buy a evo3 16g and an since I still have a stock intake I need to change that to. I was looking at the Dejon 2g curved intake pipe for gm maf http://www.turbogarage.com/dsm_intake.asp and I has wondering what size I need for that thing. Im getting a greddy-emanage ultimate so I dont need to worry about bov tube or anything. Any help and info is needed. Thanks.:thumb:

Im not sure what you are talking about, because you are all over the place. If you are wondering how large of a diameter the intake pipe should be for the 16G its 3", the GM MAF doesn't go on the intake pipe, it goes on the upper intercooler piping after the BOV, roughly 6"-8" from the TB, this allows you to vent to the atmosphere not the e-management system, that is just a means of tuning the engine. As far as the size of the GM MAF go to SBR and get their GM Kit, it comes with a 3" MAF-S, and all the nessisary couplers, and translator, so the ECU can translate what the GM MAF is "saying" to it. Hope that helps out,

Dustin

Yea, wtf. Umm you'll need a 3" intake. Dejon makes a nice one. For the t25, the size for the intake to turbo coupler is about 2 5/8, thats with the rubber still around the inlet. And yea if you have a MAF-T then you dont have to recirculate your bov.

Im trying to find the "gm kit" but i cant figure out what it is under, intake, turbo, what?

Oh and sorry if I made it sound confusing, I typed it in a little bit of a hurry. Sorry

Thanks for all the help guys. I've only had my car since jan. and ive only been finding out about turbos for a couple of months. I came from tuning F-ing hondas so the simplest thing for you guys is so freakin hard for me.

Oh and thnx for the link
