Hey guys, i found a really nice cheap 2g intake manifold, and seeing as how i already planned on changing out all the gaskets on the car i figured id get it.

I also picked up a 1g TB, ive read that they are bigger/better than the 2g TB.

Im going to port the IM to match the 1g TB.

The engine is still in the car, im asking if anyone has any pointers for me when i try this out.

thanks in advance guys.

yes, its polished and cleaned up very nicely, and it was 10 bucks

talonalex92, i have the front of my car up on stands, you think id have to put the back up too? i should just put it up anyway.

Well, when I didnt have access to the lift at my work (lifts ftw) I just did the front end up also. I would just recommend up high enough to still be able to slide under where the tires are, be a creeper or just slidin' round on the concrete.
