Toronto,
I was always under the impression that our stock fuel systems ran a "retunless fuel system for 96+. So When I first bought my fuel rail (the ross machinging one) I just caped the other side of the rail, with an -an fiting and car ran just fine. Then I finally put the retun line in about a month later.
So with the obx fuel rail, I'm thinking you'd be able to plug it, however since your 95, and do have a return line, I don't see whats stopping you from putting a fitting on the return line hose and plugging it into the other side of the rail. If that is to hard, just wait for baxom's rail to get to ya.
