Installing apexi neo after re-flash?

Has anyone installed, and used an apexi afc neo after being sent back to get re-flashed? I had already sent mine back to be re-flashed but i still hear storys of them messing up cars. Dont know if i should install it, or sell it and go with another afc?

Obviously you're going to have to input all the settings first
