installed blow-thru mas setup now boost creep?

I just installed my gm mass in the uicp last night. i had the boost set at 16 psi prior to doing this. After i got all doen and was goin for a test ride when i floor it it holds steady at 16 till abotu 5k then rips up to 20 psi. How could the mas set up or uicp have anything to do with boost creep? I have a 34mm wastegate flapper in my evo 16g and a full 2.5" turbo back with tubular o2 housing.

well for one, you'll definately flow more air with the gm setup in there. as for me i definately noticed a faster spool up as soon as it was installed. is there any room to port the hole out some where the wastegate flapper is and it still be able to seal okay?

there might be soem extra room ill have to look but i really dont feel that that is the problem i shoudl have more than enough flow on the exhaust side to not have to worry about boost creep.

the exhaust might be big enough. the wastegate hole might not be though.
