1G installed a ecmlink and now it likes to stall

I got a 90 talon its stock right now.the car runs fine with the stock computer.i hooked up the ecmlink, set up everything right(i believe) and now it likes to stall once and a while.i can drive around town no problems but when i drive down the highway and push in the clutch and let it coast it stalls. it will fire up right away and continue to try and stall if i don't hit the gas a bit.
you can say it's vacuum leaks but the stock computer works fine.i don't know
please help

I'll go and change the TB to another one i got.
