installation kit for b16g?

I'm about to put the big16g in my 2g talon.....ppl said that I need a installation kit for it. Where can i get that? How much are they? What do you recommand?

Best kit IMO is the RRE Hacker Kit.

It includes all the necessary parts you will need to install the turbo & none of the parts you don't really need. The j-pipe that comes with the kit is probably the nicest one I've seen as it starts with a 1.5" diameter & expands to 2.25" right away (port the comp. outlet to match) They go for $195.

YES you do need an install kit. before you go asking which one is cheaper there are a couple different ways to go about it.

a hacker/tweaker kit where they provide you with SOME new parts and you have to reuse some stuff from your 2g

a full kit where they provide youw ith everything

and a DIY route that you reuse alot of different things from your 2g and a 1g DSM

Dont go blowing hundreds on an install kit. Look, if you are still using the stock SMIC, then get a 1G j-pipe. Then buy an oil filter houseing oil feed line. You can use the 1G oil return line or you can modify your 2G to fit. Buy a new gasket for between the turbo and manifold, and reuse the stock water lines. Done. It can be done for about $50, so shop around, read, and learn.
