INJECTORS not fireing !!

Ok so for whoever has followed my previous threads about not being able to start my car well guess what.... i decided to triple check my injectors and... oh yeah...there is nothing squirting out of them, poped the rail off and cranked it over....nothing. now ived tried 2 diffrent CAS's and the car wouldnt start,my MPI relay is turning on cause i can hear it click and i also finaly get a check engine light at ON possition.

I get spark....i get compression....my timing belt alignment is perfect! im just not getting fuel.....

I get nice fuel pressure....almost 40 PSI from the FPR, even cracked the AN fitting open to make sure its in there and yeah,fuel is in there

what to check now???? all my fuses are good, is there any other relay to check other than the MPI relay?? how do i test the injector clips with a voltmeter?

I am moving 8 hours north tomorow and if i cant start this bastard i gotta tow it!!!

Sounds like the 'injector resistor pack' isn't working. It is a silver rectangular box mounted to the firewall with I believe 5 black/white wires coming off of it.

Is the CAS outputting a voltage signal (should be around 5v on both signal output sides)? You did have 12v input to the CAS correct? I'll have to check the wiring diagram when i get home but thats a great place to start..... Also, if i remember correctly the injectors on these cars should be ground switched.

I'll have better info for you when i get home if someone doesn't beat me to it.

yeah i was thinking of that...they dont go bad often but you never know....im on my way home soon and im gonna try to find another one and try to start it. other than that....any other ideas??

i did a test at the CAS...i tested the red wire and i was reading 12 volts, I also rotated the cas by hand while it was pluged into the harness and the key to ON, and i was hearing the injectors clicking....

Are you sure you didn't just hear the spark plugs? Or the coil pack arking if the wires were not hooked up...

i will double check once im home and probly post a video for you guys, but im pretty sure i heard the injectors clicking! thanks guys, any other advice???

ok so heres the deal..... i was doing some tests with my voltmeter, reading at the injector clips i was getting 11.80V at each clip, ( right side wire ) im guessing the other wire is for grounding the injector.

readings from the car side harness of the CAS im getting 12V at the red wire, 5V at the black and white wire....and 0V at the black wire next to the red one. is that a Ground wire?? or am i suppose to read 5V from there too? im talking about the first black wire on there next to the red one....NOT next to the white one. does anybody have a diagram???? THX

If the TPS doesn't think the throttle is at zero percent open (completely closed) it will not let the injectors put out any fuel when trying to start the car.
